I will show you how we can achieve to be strong and stable, that is, what are the characteristics, characteristics of people, to have mental stability and strength, and what will you gain when achieving your goals!
One of the characteristics of stable people is that they do not waste time on self-pity.
Therefore, don’t waste time on self-pity either, because you don’t get anything at all. So, if some bad things happen to you, just overcome them. You really can’t benefit from that, and when you focus on some negative things, negative thoughts, then negative things happen in your life. So think positively and don’t feel sorry for yourself in any way.
If you want to be just strong, mentally stable, you are not afraid of change, you are not afraid of challenges in life.
Changes are, moreover, very welcome, because if the same thing happens to us all the time, if our life is somehow settled, if nothing new or even unforeseen happens, then there is simply no special value for living. Mentally stable people do not try to please everyone.
Therefore, do not try to please everyone, because that is impossible. Primarily impossible on the one hand, and on the other hand it is completely unnecessary. Trying to please everyone, you only spend yourself on things that are not important in life at all, because honestly it is not important for you to do something “for the sake of others”, who do not respect you yet, but work for yourself. Therefore, satisfying other people, some people yes, but by no means everyone!
Mentally stable people are not afraid to take calculated risks.
So, in life not everything can be stable, not everything can be clear, not everything can be so that there is absolutely no risk. Yes, there are risks, but when we take risks, they are not the headless risks, to just play the lottery, so if something happens – it happens. Calculated risk may exist. The calculated risk is quite fine, because the risk can come from the benefit. If there is no risk, you live an empty life in which nothing really happens.
The next characteristic of mentally strong people is that they do not burden themselves with the past.
Just let the past go. What happened, happened, you can’t correct, you can’t correct what happened. So do not live in the past, live in the present, live in the present, and live for the future in the sense of planning for the future and striving for some goal that you have conceived.
As we mature, we will realize the universal truth about the past, and that is that we cannot change it, but we can FEEL when we remember it!

So if other people have succeeded, you shouldn’t try to pull them by the legs and lower them because their success bothers you and you just feel bad because someone else has succeeded and you may not have succeeded or you have succeeded less. them Quite the opposite, try to find a way with those people who have succeeded, to communicate with them so that you succeed, so that they teach you something, so that you try to do the same. On the contrary, many people usually do not like other people’s successes, despise other people’s successes and thus want to diminish the same other people’s successes.
The next characteristic is that mentally strong people should not and must not give up after the first failure.
So, anything to do in life, at work, privately, socially, however, if you fail – what should you do? So just get up and go on and on. And you fail again – and you fall again – and you rise again. So, only the weak remain to lie down. Those who are strong, who are mentally stable, they just get up and go again and again and again, no matter how many times it takes to do something to get results.
Mental stability implies another interesting thing, and that is not to be afraid of loneliness.
Don’t be afraid to be alone with yourself, don’t be afraid to think woefully what I’m going to do now, I’m bored, I have nothing, I’m bored with myself, I have nothing to do, etc. You always have something to do, read a good book, learn something, learn something, watch a good video. We can simply do a lot with ourselves. And not only do we have some external stimuli, we read a book or watched a video, but loneliness is the right moment for self-perspective, for thinking about oneself, for imagining. Imagination is the real thing that leads you to the goal. You need to create your own goals, primarily you do it with yourself, you fantasize about those goals of yours, you find ways to reach them, and for all that you need solitude. Don’t be afraid to be alone.
If you want to be mentally strong, don’t even think that the world owes you anything, that society owes you anything, that as a rule you should get something.
As a rule, you don’t have to get anything. To get anything you have to work for it, you have to work on it. People who expect to get something just because they were born as something, it’s completely pointless. There does not come mental strength, quite the opposite. These are the people who learned as small children to be spoiled and to cry a little – here is a parent, he immediately comes and gives them everything. It can’t be that way, the world doesn’t work that way.
The next item is to not expect immediate results.
No current results. There is if you play the lottery, so they just sting you – then you can get an instant result, otherwise they don’t exist in life. And if you expect immediate results and of course they don’t happen, because they don’t happen, then what will happen? Then you will cry, then you will blame the whole world for not getting something. No current results. Results are chasing, for results you have to work hard, sometimes you have to sweat well to get something.
But to get that something, the first thing you need to do is create your own, your own definition of success.
For each of us, success is a different concept, a different thing. For some it is a success to have a lot of money, for some it is a success to be with some people you love or whatever it is, it doesn’t matter. You need to create your own definition of success and then strive for that success with your daily work, so just work on achieving that success.
To achieve that success, it is necessary to believe in yourself.
To believe that you can do it! That you just never doubt if you can do something or not? Of course, you can. Just look at people who are handicapped in all possible, physical and other ways, so they do so much in life, and you think you can’t. Real, healthy, smart and you say, “I can’t do that.” How can you not? If you tell yourself that then you are not a mentally strong person.
